Warranty & Repair Policy

Seven-day limited warranty from Perfect Pitch to purchaser

1.     Limited Warranty

Perfect Pitch Limited (“Perfect Pitch”) warrants to the purchaser, in accordance with following provisions, that its products are free from defects for normal use for seven days from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”). Upon an Eligible Claim (Clause 2) within the Warranty Period, in accordance with the following provisions, such products shall be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Perfect Pitch.

Perfect Pitch disclaims all other warranties or conditions, express or implied, common law or statutory, including, but not limited to, section 16 of the Sale of Goods Ordinance, Cap.26 of the Law of Hong Kong and common law implied warranties as to merchantable quality, reasonable fitness for purpose.

2.     Eligible Claim

A claim for replacement or repair must be made within the Warranty Period, and will not be eligible if-

·      the products were not supplied by Perfect Pitch or its authorized sellers;

·      the claim was submitted by any person who is not the original purchaser;

·      the defect originates from the reed-plate and/or valves; or

·      the products were altered after sale.

3.     Free Examination

Perfect Pitch agrees to provide one free examination for products that become defective after the Warranty Period but before one year from the date of original purchase. Following the free examination, Perfect Pitch may offer to repair such products with additional costs to be determined by Perfect Pitch.

4.     Exclusion

The Limited Warranty (Clause 1) and the Free Examination (Clause 3) do not apply to defects arising from:

·      reed-plate;

·      valve;

·      normal wear and tear;

·      scratches and dents;

·      third-party parts being installed into the products;

·      lack of maintenance or service of the products;

·      accidents or negligence in use of the products;

·      abuse or improper use of the product;

·      force majeure or act of gold;

·      any event that falls outside reasonable control of Perfect Pitch.

In any event, Perfect Pitch or any of its partners shall not be liable for loss of profits or contracts, or alleged damages, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from negligence, breach of contract or any other event, to the maximum extent as permitted by Hong Kong Law.
